Below you can see pictures of some of our Phoenix Trailers under construction; at
every stage of production great care is taken to ensure that the highest
standard quality is achieved. You are welcome to come and view our facilities at
any time.
2 Bike
Trailer

Fully welded main chassis is put on axle stands ready for assembly

At this stage lights are fitted to lighting board and wiring is put through chassis

Now the chassis is upside down for assembly ease.

At this point axles and mud guards are bolted to the chassis

Now the chassis is correct way up and the adjustable channels are fitted

8 x 4 Trailer
|

This is an 8x4 main chassis which is fully welded, it is upside down ready for assembly
|

At this stage the lights are fitted

The 'A' frame is now fitted

The wiring is now fitted through the 'A' frame along with its plug
|

The axles and mud guards are now fitted
|

The chassis is now turned over
